Dr. Nanjundeswaran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. Dr. Nanjundeswaran received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in India. She completed her clinical fellowship year at UPMC Voice Center, Pittsburgh. In 2013, she earned her PhD in Communication Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Nanjundeswaran specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of voice disorders, is certified in LSVT, an intensive behavioral therapy to treat voice disorders in individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Her research interests include prevention and treatment of vocal fatigue and voice problems in professional voice users.
